When submitting any photographs or written material to green nature, it's important to note that you still own the copyright to that material.

By submitting any photographic or written material to Green Nature, you do certify that you are the author or sole owner of the material, and that you grant Green Nature permission to reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form on the Green Nature domain.

As a matter of legalese, you further agree to indemnify Green Nature for all damages and expenses that may be incurred in connection with the material (i.e., if you submit copyrighted material claiming it is your own, you assume the legal responsibility).

From time to time, select visitor photos will be posted in a visitors' gallery. Please include your real name (or first name and last initial) for proper attribution.
