Gazania are a genus of flowers in the sunflower (or daisy) family (Asteraceae).

They are a poular group of daisies, known for their relatively larger and brighter colored flowers.

In warmer climates, they can be grown as perennials. In cooler climates they can be grown from seed as annuals.

The picture also shows a couple of gazania with dark borders in the center, another characteristic of many species.
