They are small squirrels, with a white stripe on the side of the body.
Their small size and white stripe makes them easy to confuse with a chimmunk. Chipmunks have striped faces, along with stripes on their bodies.
The Harris' Antelope Squirrel that is listed in the box on the right shares some similar physical characteristics.
