Trailing Windmills (Allionia incarnata) are one of two Allionia species in the Four o'clock family (Nyctaginaceae), a mostly tropical plant family.

They are native perennial herbs that grow in the Southwest, from California to Texas.

The notched pink petals are a good field identification clue.
