The Dusky-blue Groundstreak (Calycopis isobeon) is a subtropical species with a stable population in South Texas. Southern Arizona also hosts occasional visitors.

The top picture shows the dark orange shading, expecially on the hindwing. Not shown is the sky blue pattern on the dark brown top side of the wings.

The butterfly in the picture is also a bit battered and missing the double tails on the bottom of the wing.
