San Lucan Rock Lizard

It is a medium sized lizard that lives in the San Lucan area of Baja California.
They are flat bodied lizards that live in rock piles and they are characterized by a blue color on the face and a yellow throat. The colors are more pronounced during mating season.
The picture does not show it, however, they also have dark bands that run across the back from the neck to the tail.
