More Flower Resources Flower Power Blue Flowers

The bright blue flowers of the Upland Larkspur or Meadow Larkspur (Delphinium nuttallianum) brighten up the mountain and prairie areas of the Northwest, east of the Cascades.

Like the majority of blue larkspur species, identification can be problematic, so the identification is tentative. However, the yellow striped anthers serve as a decent identification clue.
