Black Twinberry (Lonicera involucrata), one of many West Coast flowering berry shrubs, grow along West Coast riparian and other seasonal wetland areas.

The top picture shows the shrub's yellow flower growing against purple shaded leaves.

The bottom picture shows the purple twin berrries that follow the bloom. They look look much better than they taste. Leave them for the birds.
